I have had an appointment scheduled with Dr.Marks since last month for late July to remove my wisdom teeth. Today I received a call stating that they were cancelling my appointment due to him not accepting my insurance come next month. No apology, no referral to another practice, just “he’s not going to be taking your insurance so I’ve gone ahead and cancel that appointment”. I’m very frustrated because it took almost a month to get ahold of someone at the office to make the appointment for 3+ months out. Now I will have to repeat the same process elsewhere and be placed in the back of their waitlist for dental work. Very disappointed in the reception department at this practice, hopefully they will learn to be more compassionate and offer referrals elsewhere if the cancellation is on their end.

Dr Marks is an exceptional oral surgeon with old school class you just don’t see anymore. He provides his patients with a cellphone number to call him at 24/7 if they are experiencing any trouble after surgery and even works on Saturdays and Sundays to ensure his patients are all taken care of. After my first surgery which was a major one with three impacted back molars he saw me within a few days after surgery and once a week after that until I was on the mend. His office was very accommodating with my schedule and the front desk lady was always extremely friendly both on the phone and in person, as were all of his employees. My second surgery with Dr Marks wasn’t as serious but he still saw me multiple times afterwards to ensure I was healing properly. Then finally on my third and final surgery it was a simple extraction and I knew what to do myself to keep it clean etc and he said I didn’t need to come in if I was confident and wasn’t having any issues. You can tell Dr Marks has a passion for helping people and he loves his line of work. The man could be retired but he was working seven days a week, 14 hour days. Dr. Marks & staff are really kind pleasant and caring! Dr. Marks is intelligent a complete gentleman! I've been struggling to find the help and care I needed for months! He had me in and out as soon as possible! He really knows what he is doing! His team is wonderful and I can tell they have passion for what they do! I am grateful for my care! They helped me every step of the way even to the car and made sure to make a call for my safety home! I was never put under for extractions before the paperwork and staff were very instructive and helpful when it came to informing of surgery, the process, restrictions ect. Also very helpful in after care! Thank You so much!

Dr Marks and his staff did a wonderful job with my dental surgery. They made me feel comfortable and eased my anxiety so much. After Surgery, they called me to make sure I was doing good and there care is real and appreciated. I highly recommend Dr Marks for any oral surgeries. He took out almost all my bottom teeth, and i am one hard patient to deal with when it comes to mouth pain. He helped me with any problems that arised after he did surgery. And made sure i was well taken care of every week for a month after each surgery. I recommend him for any oral surgery, he did an amazing job on my mouth and making sure i felt comfortable and was pain free.
